WEDDING / NIKKAH / ENGAGEMENT

The client can pay 100% full payment via bank transfer or Cash to SamanPhotography and send the receipt of the same via email or WhatsApp to confirm the payment received.

The client pays 50% down payment via bank transfer or Cash to SamanPhotography and 50% on the date of shoot after finishing the shoot on the same day via Cash. The receipt will be sent to the client via e-mail or WhatsApp the same day.

Hours: Saman Photography will establish an arrival time for the shoot date with the client prior to that date and remain on duty for the number of hours included in the package. If the client fails to arrive on time , it’s the sole responsibility of the client for the delay of shoot. Extra charges will be applied per hour , if the client is late for the shoot.

CopyRights: SamanPhotography reserves the right to to use photos and videos for display and or promotional purposes. (Respecting the privacy of the client , the client shall inform via email or WhatsApp about the selection that can be displayed).

Deliverables: SamanPhotography will provide all Raw files of photos to the client within 1^st week after the shoot. Client should give the selection of pictures within 5-10 days after the pictures delievered. After the selection , Saman Photography will take 2-3 weeks to deliver the edited pictures depending upon the number of photos. If the numbers of photos is less than 20 , the edited files may be provided within 7-10 days. Client can ask for changes in the pictures or videos only twice within 10 days of delivery. No request will be accepted after 10 days of delivery. Client should share the songs selection to Saman photography for videography within 1 week after the last day of event.*Note Video Editing will start after receiving the songs selection. Video duration will be from 10 – 60 minutes (depending upon the package selected). Videos will take 60 days or more to deliver to client. If the client request to deliver the videos earlier than 60 days , an extra fee will be charged for the same.

Data: Saman Photography will keep raw data for only 6 months time however, Samanphotography will keep the Final Edited Pictures and Videos for 1 year as backup whenever client will request.

Duty of Client : Client will obtain all permissions necessary for Photographer to photograph at the Client event location. Photographer has no duty to obtain permission from reception centres,buildings, properties or other locations to operate thereon. Client understands and agrees that any failure to obtain these permissions resulting in fines to the photographer , or which prevent the photographer from photographing the event(s) is not the fault , liability , or responsibility of the photographer.

Agreement: The following constitutes the Photography and Videography agreement of SamanPhotography. Please read the agreement in its entirety and contact Saman Nawaz if you any concerns or questions about the agreement. As used in the agreement , all references to “you” or “ your” or “Client” refers to the signer of the Agreement. Checking the agreement and entering your name below will serve as your electronic signature reflecting your assent to the terms and conditions of your agreement. You can print a copy of the agreement for your record.
